2 - What Information Do We Collect?

The kind of information we collect depends on how you use the website. The personal information which we collect and hold about you may include (but is not limited to); your name, contact details, address and payment information. When using our online store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address.

1. We may collect personal information from you whenever you input such information into our website.

Regarding information collected for the purpose of  SMS & Email Marketing, we will either ask you directly for your approved consent or we will provide you with the option to say no. This is your right.

www.kundushell.com is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify provides us with an online e-commerce platform, allowing us to sell our products and services to you.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, it must be noted that Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
