Returns Policy
At Kundu Shell, we want you to love the items you buy. However, if for any reason you wish to return your order, you are welcome to do so. All returns must be lodged within 30 days from the date of delivery and will be issued with a store credit upon arrival in our facility to use at a later date.
Kindly note, we do not provide refunds for change of mind.
Please lodge your return via the link above. You will require your order email or phone number and your order number in order to successfully do so. Once lodged, please allow up 1-3 working days for your return to be manually approved by our team. Once approved, further return details will be provided via email. For assistance with this process, please contact our customer care team.
If you believe your item to be faulty or damaged, please email us with clear images once your return has been lodged. The best solution to any product fault depends on the nature of the fault itself. Important Information
All return items are subject to return assessment before a credit or exchange can be issued. Return items must meet be;
- Undamaged and Unused.
- Free of any marks, stains, scuffs or unnatural scents.
- Item must be in a reasonable resale condition.
Once received, your return item will be processed within 3 business days of arrival. Once the item has been approved, you will be issued with a store credit via email, less any shipping related costs. Please note, we do not offer free returns and you will be required to pay the return shipping fee.
Disclosure: Kundu Shell is not responsible for the safe return of your item/s. In the event your return is lost in transit we are unable to provide you with a refund or store credit code as compensation as the item has not been successfully returned.
Store Credit Vouchers
Store credit vouchers do not expire. You are not required to spend your store credit in full and can use the amount at your discretion over this period of time. Store credit vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with a discount or promotional code.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse/deny a return in cases that we cannot be reasonably satisfied with the return condition or where we are not responsible for the damage. All denied returns received at our facility will be returned to you, at your own cost.
