Processing Times
Processing times are seperate to shipping time frames. All orders are generally dispatched from our facility in 2-3 working days, however, during busy periods delay may occur. In the event that delays will occur, we will contact you to let you know.
Once your order is processed and ready for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link.
Shipping Time Frames
Advertised shipping time frames are ESTIMATES ONLY and cannot be guaranteed, especially during busy periods. We are unable to cancel/refund your order due to shipping delays and as such, recommend allowing additional time for any unexpected delays if you require your order by a specific date.
Standard shipping is available to all customers and time frames will vary depending on your location. Once you have completed your cart and entered the required details at checkout, all shipping rates available to you will be provided.
Please note, Express Post is only valid for select postcodes/regions. If express post is not showing as an option during checkout, we are unable to offer this service to you.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees and times vary for different products and are calculated based on the size and weight of your order, the type of products in the cart, where the products are shipping from, and the delivery destination.
The delivery price for each order will be displayed during the checkout process, prior to payment and order confirmation and included in the total price of your order. Please kindly note, changes made by you to the delivery address after placing an order may incur additional charges.
Important; All Free Delivery promotions exclude large/bulky items.
Delivery Methods & Locations
We work with third party delivery providers in order to deliver our products worldwide. Your order will be delivered to the delivery address provided by you during the checkout process, after your order is finalised and before your order is dispatched. We cannot deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers.
All items are shipped with a signature on delivery requirement. In the event you are not home, our delivery provider will leave a card at the address and you will need to pick up the delivery from your Local Post outlet or contact the delivery contractor to arrange for re-delivery.
Please kindly note, Kundu Shell reserve the right to refuse delivery to specific locations for items we consider to be at high risk of loss or damage and also areas that are inaccessible with standard courier and delivery services. In this case, you may choose to have an item delivered using your own couriers or cancel the order all together. In the event you wish to proceed with your order using your own courier, the title and risk in the products will pass to you at the time your order is handed to your courier. You will then be responsible for all insurance, loss or damage to the order.
Delivery Failure
It is important that you check your information is correct before placing your order, especially your delivery address. In the event you provide the incorrect delivery address, you agree that you will be liable for the additional shipping charges in order for your delivery to reach you (if applicable).
If our delivery provider has been unable to deliver your order due to your error or fault, we reserve the right to cancel your order. In this circumstance, we will refund you the money you have paid for your order less the delivery fees and reasonable handling fees that reflect our loss. In the event your package is lost in transit, please contact us directly so we can find a suitable remedy.
In Store Click & Collect
Click and collect orders are generally ready within 24 hours (excluding weekends & public holidays). Please ensure you bring photo ID at time of order collection, as well as your order confirmation email sent at time of order placement.
In the event you require someone else to collect on your behalf, please contact us in advance so this can be noted and arranged. Kindly note, we are unable to release your order to a third party without the order holders written or verbal consent.
Orders can only be collected between 10am - 3pm, Monday to Thursday. Kindly note, our showroom is closed Friday to Sunday and on Public Holidays.
